Leading Teams Through Change: An Experiential Learning Workshop
Change Theory is not a new topic, but it remains a challenging concept for companies to apply. Change Management involves knowing the change curve, transitioning stakeholders from old to new, and providing a logistic framework to structure the change process. Change leadership uses equal parts of leaders’ knowledge of managing resources and getting buy-in from people.
Common complaints when an organization makes a change include lack of communication, little or no training, unrealistic time expectations, and, of course, people just do not like to change. If this sounds familiar, provide your leaders with change tools they can apply so that your change sticks.
Whether you work in government, manufacturing, corporate, or non-profit, you will connect with Grolson’s change experience and learn lessons to apply to your own efforts at leading change.
Participant Feedback:
I found this to be a highly effective, engaging and enjoyable three days. It was a combination of active review (i.e. using skills and theories I’ve heard before) as well as learning and practicing new tools. The “story” element was fun and engaging. I went home tired every day (in a good way).

The course provided a lot of information that I will need to revisit and try applying soon. The computer exercises were very helpful and well organized. Instructors were very insightful and facilitation was great! I’m anxious to apply what I’ve learned.
