Continuous Improvement Customized Training

Whether you call it continuous improvement, process improvement or quality improvement, getting started correctly on your improvement project is critical to sustaining change and experiencing success. After all, solving the wrong problem does not move your organization closer to improvement.

Our workshop, aptly titled, Learn and Do, has participants applying the tools they learn class to the project they are launching.  After each training session, homework is assigned to be completed on participants’ own real-life improvement projects before the next session.  Return ready for the next step in the process or with questions for the workshop facilitator.

Standardize how your organization approaches improvement projects.

As with all our customized training experiences, this includes:

  • A meeting to determine the best way to tailor the training to meet your organization’s challenges
  • Standard customization at no additional cost
  • Evaluations throughout the training to monitor and adjust the experience
  • Aggregated survey results to determine your next steps in development
