Facilitating Meetings Courses
4 full day classes (or a combination of full and half days)
Train people in how to prep and run meetings that generate action. Or, help them discover that they do not need a meeting at all!
While it would be ideal to have a non-biased facilitator running workplace discussions, most organizations are not set up like that. Department leads, team leads and informal leaders all facilitate meetings. This course focuses on providing skills and tools that can be used by anyone in your organization for a wide variety of meeting situations.
