Workshops that can be offered individually or as a pair depending on the needs of your leadership team or board.  Both workshops expand knowledge and build the relationships your board or leaders can use to guide the organization on its priorities and strategies for building an equitable and inclusive culture.

 Tools for Improving Cultural Awareness:  This workshop is designed to have leaders reflect on their own cultural backgrounds and experiences to understand how they shape the organization’s culture while learning more about the cultures and identities of others.

Tools for Communicating in a Diverse World: This workshop is designed to have leaders identify the experiences and cultural norms that shape the way they send and receive messages and provides strategies for communicating in an inclusive and respectful way – modeling the culture they wish to build.

Both workshops are taught by the IPD DEI Program Specialist, Destyn Land.
