Course Description

The capstone simulation submerges participants into the company of Grolson.

Grolson, like many organizations, experiences waves of success and downturns in business. Its leaders desire to implement new initiatives to put their organization on a steady upward trajectory. During this day-long simulation, participants spend three years with Grolson while they grapple with all the challenges that change initiatives bring.

Participants will analyze situations and make decisions on which tools and strategies (learned in the previous courses) they should use and apply them. The simulation experience provides a low-risk situation for participants to practice their new skills and tools and receive feedback from both the instructor and fellow participants.
