Course Description

An important part of the leadership skillset is the ability to help those you lead navigate change. For many of us, leading and implementing change falls to leaders throughout the organization to initiate, so it is up to many leaders to manage change – whether it comes top down or whether you have ideas for improvement that you want to push to the top. The Tools for Change series provides tools to evaluate business need and risks associated with change initiatives to stay focused and productive. It also provides skills for generating input – including brainstorming, evaluating options, and making decisions.

This Series is comprised of three separate courses.  The registration button on this page will automatically register you in all three courses with a 15% series discount.
