Leadership and Employee Engagement Professional Development

If you are a manager, supervisor, and or project manager add leadership skills to your technical expertise and industry knowledge through training courses.  Professional development workshops are held in person in St. Paul, some classes are offered virtually, and some training can be found in either format.

Leadership is about so much more than efficiency and numbers.   Leaders set the vision and strategy for the future of their organizations balancing the needs of the organization with providing what employees need to be productive.   As managers, you execute projects and processes to ensure the business goals and mission of your organization are achieved.  Supervisors, you are the front-line leaders essential to ensuring your employees’ engagement.  You are the ones most responsible for recruiting and retaining the talent that allows your team to meet its goals.

Whether you are new to leadership, need a refresh on leadership concepts, or desire to learn about new leadership research, IPD’s professional development will engage you in learning always with the goal of practical application in your current role.
