Interpersonal Communication Courses
While the following courses do not address the traditional/conventional definition of diversity, they do encourage teams to consider the diverse approaches that people have to how they approach their work, how they communicate, how they handle conflict and stress, and how they navigate change.
While team members may not consciously think there is a “right” way or a “wrong” way for people to approach their work, they may get frustrated when people use approaches that are different from their own. All of these courses focus on how to find value in different approaches and how different approaches contribute to a more diverse, stronger, and effective work environment.
Use these courses to, not only improve interpersonal communication on your team, but to help your team get to know each other better and understand and respect each other so that miscommunications and assumptions are avoided before they start.
